NEW ITEMS

  • ONLINE: All returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment delivery date. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • IN-STORE: Refund, store credit or exhange within 7 days of purchase.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition with tags still attached.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

Make sure all tags are still attached. Drop the package off at Canada Post (make sure you purchase insurance & obtain a tracking number). The purchase will be refunded back to the original payment method within 2-4 days from day of receipt at the store. If an exchange is requested, in stock items will be shipped within 7 business days of receipt.
